If engineering team is the body of an organization, HR is the soul. The role of HR is required and important, in all aspects of an organization, big or small.
With most organizations now moving to an Agile way of management, it is imperative for HR to learn and use agile in their day-to-day activities. In this meetup , we will discuss about some of the finer aspects of Agility and its relevance to HR.
