In a career spanning over 31 years, Nitin had a 12-year entrepreneurial stint that included co-founding software product companies in India and Canada. Nitin is responsible for all of Allscripts India operations. He joined Allscripts in 2007. Prior to Allscripts, Nitin was President and CEO of BMC Software, Chief Operating Officer at Geometric and Center Head for Satyam, Pune.
Although the concepts of Agile methodology have been widely understood over the last few years, Nitin recollects that the same concepts were being used by him and his teams in the software product companies that he co-founded way back in the late 80’s and early 90’s.
