We are happy to announce the Call for sessions open for ‘Ignite Talks’ for Agile Tour 2014 Bengaluru,

Ignite Talks is a fast paced , presentation session based on PechaKucha technique in which 20 slides are shown for 20 seconds each (6 minutes and 40 seconds in total). All presentations will need to be aligned to the conference theme of ScrumMasters’ Role

Let’s face it. Estimation is a difficult beast to deal with, more so on an agile project specifically, when talking at the release level. Features are needed to scale, because it’s too difficult to manage large programs with just user stories. Release planning becomes too detailed if you don’t have a middle tier of features representing what you’re trying to build.

Scrum Gathering India Regional 2013, The biggest Scrum Carnival in India was a great success with 550 participants, 37 speakers & 15 volunteers from 137 companies. With delegates from 13 nationalities, SGI 2013 was a melting pot of Cultures, thoughts, emotions, themes and learning

ISEC organizing committee would like to thank each one of its members for making our humble effort at bringing a Scrum Gathering to India a big success.
