How to Reach Hyderabad:

Hyderabad is well-connected by air to other major cities in India.  Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is at Shamshabad, Hyderabad. International visitors may get chance to have direct flight to Hyderabad or else they can also reach via Mumbai or Delhi.

Hyderabad is also easy to reach by train and bus  from all major cities.

How to reach the venue from the airport:

By taxi, Hotel Trident is about 35 km from the airport. Prepaid booths for taxis are available inside the airport. Almost all the hotels in the city provide pick-up cab service from airport.

How to reach the venue from Train Station:

Pre-paid taxis and auto rickshaws are available at train stations.

Weather:

During July, its rainy season in Hyderabad.

Please carry umbrella or a rain jacket for convenience.
Possibility for flights getting delayed by couple of hours. Travel needs to be planned accordingly.
Suggestion to carry extra pair of clothes/ shoes etc.
