- ” Working with the world “- Culture lessons and experience sharing from Agile Champions ( Team Culture and Country Culture)
- ” Beyond the Information Technology borders “- Implementation stories and tips for taking Scrum to hitherto unknown areas ( Beyond IT e.g. Education, Charity, Pharma etc. )
- ” Tech Wonders ” – Technological concepts and marvels which help Scrum teams succeed and exceed
- ” Divided yet Together ” – Tales of Scaling up Scrum and Distributed Teams
Open Space:
Open Space Technology is one way to enable all kinds of people, in any kind of organization, to create inspired meetings and events.
In Open Space meetings, participants create and manage their own agenda of parallel working sessions around a central theme of strategic importance, such as: What is the strategy, group, organization or community that all stakeholders can support and work together to create?
Open Space works best when the work to be done is complex, the people and ideas involved are diverse, the passion for resolution (and potential for conflict) are high, and the time to get it done was yesterday. It’s been called passion bounded by responsibility, the energy of a good coffee break, intentional self-organization, spirit at work, chaos and creativity, evolution in the organization, and a simple, powerful way to get people and organizations moving — when and where it’s needed most
Lightning Talks:
Lightning talks are designed to be short presentations capped at five minutes. Most conferences. RSGSA 2015 will allow a segment of roughly 60 minutes long to speakers. Talks will be arranged one after the other during the sessions. Lightning talks are brief which requires the speaker to make his or her point clearly and rid the presentation of non-critical information. This causes the audience to be more attentive to the speaker and gain a broader array of knowledge from the presentations given.
ScrumAlliance Coaches Clinic :
Is your agile adoption going smoothly? Did you ever encounter anything uncomfortable or any difficulties? Do you want to talk to experts to see what your problems are? If you feel your agile adoption ok, what can you do next? If you want to get started, are you expecting advice to avoid pitfalls?
As participants, you will be able to talk to experts face to face. They will clarify your confusions, share experience and knowledge. Certainly, you will even learn from failure cases.
