Daniel has nine years’ practical experience in agile development including scrum, XP and lean. Working as awakener at Odd-e, He works with multiple mid-size to large size organizations, helping their teams in agile transition. He has been working with clients from different industries such as  telecom, CRM and billing system, computer graphics, web app, ERP etc. Daniel is familiar with different agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban etc. He is expert in coaching Product Owner (agile requirement, agile estimating & planning), ScrumMaster and team members (TDD, Refactoring and Continuous Integration etc.)

Daniel started Irdeto Shanghai R&D team in January 2006 and has been leading the team adopt XP and Scrum. The team plays a critical role in developing and maintaining multi-million USD billing and customer caring system. Within four years, the team managed to delivered two major versions of product, finished 2 major system upgrade and now the system running on many countries in multiple continents.

Daniel is the only Chinese who is Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) and Certified Scrum Trainer by Scrum Alliance. Daniel is deeply involved in the agile community development in China and Asia. He is board member of Agile Tour World, editor of InfoQ agile community, he has been organizer, chair and reviewer of many agile conferences in China including AgileChina, Scrum Gathering Shanghai, QCon. He is main organizer who introduced Agile events to 16 cities in China which is the first community non-profit conference. Daniel is a frequent speaker at AgileChina, QCon, Scrum Gathering.

F J Bandukwala

F J Bandukwala (FJB) is a qualified CSM, CISA, CA and B.Com. with over 21 years experience and is a self-professed Agile Evangelist. He has conducted several trainings on Scrum and Agile fundamentals over the last two years. Having worked in diverse industry sectors ranging from petrochemicals to software industry to telecommunications in various roles in IT, Finance, HR, Admin, Commercial he brings to his projects a rich portfolio of experience. FJB is an expert in start-up processes and has so far set up and led units in BSS domain, set up billing and accounting processes and systems for an ISP start-up, conceptualized and created software products in Revenue Assurance and performed consultancy on OSS/BSS roadmap to several telecom operators across the globe. As customer delivery manager he has donned roles of program and project manager and has been the force behind several successes in pre-sales, customer presentations, project execution improvements. FJB is adept in challenging status quo and is a very effective change catalyst.

Zuzana Sochova

Zuzana has over 11 years of commercial experiences in IT, beginning as a software designer/engineer and moving up into project management, program management, and into executive management at a company provides SW services for international customers (USA, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, …) that operating in mission critical and life critical sectors – i.e. air traffic control management systems, extensive healthcare applications, and public safety systems.

She started with agile and Scrum back in 2005, where I was involved in implementing the agile methods at large US company operating in the medical area. From that time, I was responsible for implementation of agile and Scrum to teams in the Czech Republic operating in different areas of IT industry.

Currently she works as a trainer, consultant and coach for software organizations, support them in tailoring their agile adoption processes to company culture. She is founder of the Czech agile community Agile Association, organizing conferences and events and sharing the agile experience all around. She is regular speaker at international conferences. She is Managing Director of LOTOFIDEA.

Sanju Burkule

Sanju Burkule’s friends often describe him as a person having unlimited energy and optimism. He began his career as an entrepreneur while still in college. His passion for working with customers and giving them value at a reasonable cost started there. Since then, he has never looked back. He has worked in small and large companies in US and India, worked with customers in Europe, Australia, Asia for past 20 years, gaining global experience. He has always been paranoid about solving customer problems. His understanding of design patterns, innovative offerings, analytical abilities and basic clarity in thinking builds a great foundation for a flourishing relationship with customers, partners and employees. He is very keen on process efficiency and a guru in people management.

Sanju has done his Masters in Computer Science and MBA from Pune University. He has Dale Carnegie certification on presentation skills, and is also ITIL v3 Foundation Certified. He spent the last decade working on data center management space in BMC Software, working with large US and European customers

Yashasree Barve

Yashasree Barve has been working as a technologist in Tata Consultancy Services since last 15 years. She has an extensive experience in delivering solutions for Enterprises. She has executed and worked on several projects in the role of a developer, designer and architect across multiple domains such as Insurance, Retail, and Hi Tech using various technologies such as Java, Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Ruby on Rails and such. She is a Core member of the Agile community in TCS evangelizing Agile within TCS by bringing the community together and organizing internal conferences. She has recently successfully convened TCS Agile Cafe, a virtual conference across multiple geographies. She has spoken in several Agile conferences such as Agile Tour Pune (2010, 2011, 2012), Agile India 2012 and Agile in Business Conference 2012.

Dipen Shah

Dipen has over 13 years experience working as a technologist in Tata Consultancy Services. Ravindra,  an Engineering Graduate has more than 25 years of experience in Business Planning, Delivery, Quality Assurance and Professional Services in IT and non-IT industries. His career in the software unit in Siemens has spanned over a decade where he is currently head of Global Test Center for the Building Technologies – Enterprise security unit. During his stint in Siemens, he has spearheaded a number of process and quality initiatives including agile transformation exercises.

Subrahmaniam, an IIM B alumnus, has over 15 years experience in software industry in Enterprise Application Development and Product Development assignments. Currently he is  managing a QA team within software product development set-up within Siemens.

A certified PMP and CSM, he has been working in agile projects for the past 6 years and is part of the core team within the group to drive the agile transformation.

Mahesh V G is a software craftsman and agile practitioner. He is passionate about developing software and building agile teams. He is working as technical manager in Mahindra Comviva and has been focusing on adoption of test automation across the organization.
