Pete Deemer:

Pete Deemer, CEO of GoodAgile, is a well-known figure in the Agile community, and has spent the last 20+ years leading teams building products and services at global companies. Pete is the lead author of The Scrum Primer, one of the most widely read introductions to Agile development, as well as The Distributed Scrum Primer, a guide to multi-location Scrum. Pete serves on the Board of Directors of the Scrum Alliance, which provides the globally-recognized Certified ScrumMaster certification.

Sh. C L Gulati: 

Sh. C.L. Gulati is the Secretary, Sant Nirankari Mandal , having its expansion in more than 50 countries. Mr. Gulati is also holding the charge of Secretary, Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation, which is an integral part of the Sant Nirankari Mission. He has been associated with the Mission since 1960 and has also played a pivotal role in its functioning at the world level including the portfolio of coordination with ECOSOC and its subsidiaries in U.N. The Mission’s Publication wing is looked after by him with a visionary outlook. In course of his human service he has published many books including his master piece “A Mission for All”. The Nirankari Mission publishes “Sant Nirankari” magazines in 11 languages, and other spiritual magazine which are published in lakhs and their publication is also looked after by Mr. Gulati which have earned accolades from millions of the readers.

Mr. Gulati has served Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs as a senior officer and retired after a long experience of 36 years. He has been a solicitor in the High Court of Punjab, Haryana & Chandigarh.

Sh. H C Sirohi:

Sh. H.C. Sirohi, an officer of the Indian Administrative Service, retired after having a long carrier of 35 years and after holding charge of various high profile portfolios including the State Election Commissioner, Bihar and Home Secretary, Bihar. He has closely seen the functioning of big industrial units during his tenure as Sub Division Magistrate, Jamshedpur (Tata Nagar) in 1982-83, where the main factory complexes of Tata Iron & Steel Company and Tata Engineering & locomotives are located. He has pioneered many developmental philosophies which were adopted by the Government in its policies like “Aapki Sarkar –Aapke Dwar” (Your government at Your door-steps).

He is the recipient of ‘National Unity Award’ given by the Press Council of India and many Gold, Silver & Bronze Medal given by Red Cross Society of India, besides other development awards. He has published two books as also translated the Nirankari Mission’s main Scripture “Sampoorna Avtar Bani”.

Stuart provides consulting, coaching, training and mentoring services to those who request it. Having worked in the software industry for 24 years, from start-ups to Global 100 companies and across four continents he’s experienced a lot of organisational change.

Arvind Rathore is the IT COO (Chief Operating Officer) at Societe Generale, Bangalore . In his current role he spearheads and manages the Continuous Delivery & Agile Transformation, PMO , Sourcing, Transition and Resource Management.Prior to this , Arvind worked in the USA  in the area of IT Strategy , IT Portfolio and Program Management  and Business Development with CXO leadership of number of Fortune 500 clients .

He has vast international experience worked with clients in the Telecom, Retail, Insurance and Banking industry in the US and Europe.

Sudipta Lahiri:

Sudipta (Sudi) has been in the IT industry for over 23 years working with leading services providers like Wipro, HCL Technologies and i2. He is responsible for Digité’s product development, presales and implementations.

Prior to joining Digité, Sudi was handling the offshore services organization for i2. At i2, he was responsible for its Americas delivery organization. He was also responsible for Retail, Logistics and Technology Infrastructure practices. Sudi also led the QMG initiative for the i2 India services organization. Before i2, Sudi spent 10 years with HCL Technologies. At HCLT, he played multiple roles – from services delivery to leading sales teams. Sudi was responsible for HCLT America’s Insurance vertical. Sudi started his career at Wipro where he worked for 5 years in different roles across geographies

Ran is an experienced software professional who has worked since 1995 in professional software development field. First programs he wrote in CP/M operating system using basic language in middle of eighties. Since then he moved to more modern languages like C, C++, and Java. Ran has extensive experience in design patterns, UML, distributed systems, Test Driven Development and Specification by Example, Executable Requirements (also know as Acceptance Test Driven Development).

Currently, Ran is working as a consultant and trainer in process improvement field helping large multinational organizations to move from sequential product development to more agile ways of working. The main focus has been on how to move big products (over 100 people) to use Large-Scale Scrum and Lean. This work includes giving wide range of trainings, workshops, team coaching and management consulting.
