Overview:
Kanban is one of the Visual Modern Management methods that is spreading across organizations, from IT to non-IT. What makes Kanban work? Why are teams adopting it?
This workshop will introduce participants to Kanban, its practices and its benefits. It will focus on how Kanban can be applied in your environments in a gradual, evolutionary manner. Participants will experience a simulated Kanban environment and understand how decision making changes when you think the Kanban way.

Facilitator Profile:
Mr. Sudipta Lahiri is Head of Engineering at Digité. Sudipta led the Development of the SwiftKanban product (www.swiftkanban.com). He is a Lean/Kanban enthusiast and a Kanban Certified Methodologist. He is a regular speaker/organizer in various Agile/Lean conferences. He manages the Limited WIP Society events in India and helps customers adopt and practice Lean/Kanban method.
