For last few years, several organizations are embarking on Agile journey to realize multiple benefits, especially faster time to market and attaining higher ROI. Amongst the various Agile frameworks, Scrum is preferred by majority of the organizations.
In the current globalization times, it is not new to customers to outsource Agile transformation, coaching, training and consulting work to vendors who thrive on specialized skills. In such a context, customers and vendors enter into contracts which should reflect Agile thinking and practices. Writing such Agile contracts has not been easy for legal teams, program managers or senior leaders.
Here arrives another evening for you – the Agile enthusiasts of Mumbai, to come together to discuss, exchange and share ideas about how to write Agile contracts.
