Gamification employs game design elements in non-game contexts aimed at improving team engagement, flow, learning and productive systems.

ISEC Chennai Chapter – Q2 Meetup on Gamification is aimed at featuring dialogues among agile practitioners on how to achieve and enhance high performance teams and organizations through applying principles of Gameplay at work.

Ravi holds 9+ years of experience in handling projects in agile environment serving multiple roles as tester, process engineer, scrum master, consultant and coach. Currently working as Agile Coach with Maveric Systems, Chennai supporting large telecom clients in agile transformation.

Session 4: Fun at Work through Innovation Games

~ By Srinath Ramakrishnan, Agile Consultant, Chennai

Srinath is an Agile Coach with around 20 years of IT experience. He is an ICAgile Certified Agile Coach, Associate Certified Coach from International Coach Federation, SAFe Program Consultant and a Certified Collaboration Architect from Conteneo. He has used Innovation games in his coaching assignments and the teams found it extremely engaging.

This session will begin with an introduction to gamification, with a specific focus on “Innovation Games” and how games can used to drive user engagement, generate new ideas, make business decisions and understand customers needs.
