“SCALING agile OPEN SPACE”

For last few years, medium and large organizations have been showing a lot of interest in Agile implementation, thanks to a number of scaled agile models. Using either Large Scaled Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework or Disciplined Agile Delivery or other emerging models, organizations are able to transform like never before. Those who are directly or in-directly involved in this transformation, come across a lot of techniques, tools and technologies; risks and challenges, questions and concerns. If you are part of such a transformation, we welcome you to share your success stories, pains and gains, ideas and opinions.

What will we do:

We get together and become part of open space. You may propose your topics/ideas, whether they are beginner, intermediate or advanced level.

Get the best of thoughts, ideas and experiences from fellow practitioners through the Open Space technology which focuses on learning through collaboration and communication.

Who are invited:

Developers, managers, entrepreneurs, executives, product managers, program managers, or someone who is part of a start-up, or even a mid-to-large corporate institution. You may be a certified member, experienced agilist or just a curious one!
