In our era of industry 4.0, there is an urgency of redefining leadership, leadership who can unite at each level in organisations. We know that, the role of leadership has a influential impact on the culture which we live in. This ISEC meetup bridges boundaries to leadership and progress in our cultural emergence. The role of a leader is not only to inspire the vision but also embrace to change, change at each level. The notion is to enlighten the refinement at each level of organisation. These new age leaders are charge agents uniting towards a shared goal hand in hand.
The question is how we are leading as leaders? What if we need to change? Let’s discuss how in response to changes, a new generation of leaders are reshaping who are more united, leading from the front. Let’s connect and explore how leadership plays such a vital role in any organisation.
