The World started talking about Agile in the early 1990s and India began to adopt it in 2007. It started mainly in Bangalore and various Southern Cities of the country as it is the IT hub of the country. And sooner it unfurled its wings in the Northern cities like Delhi/NCR too. But the major question is Are we adopting Agile the way it is meant to be or are we just doing it because we are asked to?
