Time and Again, it has been said that managers have no tole to play in an Agile Team. But is true ? Does Agile Philosophy ban the role of Manager ? If not, what role can manager play in an Agile environment and Scrum environment.

Typically ,managers’ role in an Agile environment is misconstrued as Scrum, the most used Agile Framework has only 3 roles of SM, PO and Dev Team. But , as Agile philosophy is not just about Scrum, the role of the manager is not clear in these environments.

In this Agile meetup, we will dust-off, debate and discover some of the controversies surrounding the new role of manager in an Agile world. You would get a chance to talk to perspectives and suggestions from known experts in Agile transformations, managers who have been part of the Agile journey and practitioners who have seen it up-close.

Do also share your own views and experiences through Open Space which would be an integral part of the event
