Daniel Mezick

DANIEL MEZICK is an author, enterprise Agile coach, and keynote speaker. He is the primary author of the OPEN SPACE AGILITY HANDBOOK and the formulator of OpenSpace Agility, a technique for bringing a rapid and lasting culture change to any organization.

He pioneered the idea of culture as a game and the idea that the most effective culture change programs are best structured as inviting, engaging games. His culture tools, culture-change techniques and enterprise consulting practice are all based on these core ideas. In his pioneering book, THE CULTURE GAME, he describes sixteen specific patterns of group behaviour that help make any team smarter. His book provides A-B-C guidance on how to quickly implement these patterns by employing game mechanics. THE CULTURE GAME is based on five years of experience coaching 119 Agile teams across 25 different organizations.

Pete Behrens

Pete Behrens is a Leadership Agility Coach and founder of Trail Ridge Consulting.

He provides guidance to senior executives on how to transform themselves and their companies to work more effectively with more agility.

Pete is a Certified Leadership Agility 360 Coach providing one on-one assessment, development and guidance for increasing the agility of organizational leaders. Pete is a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) working deeply with organizations to improve their organizational agility. He was the founder of the Scrum Alliance CEC Program.

His focus today mostly centres on Developing Agile Leaders through public workshops and private engagements. He led the development of the Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) Program for the Scrum Alliance.

Maria Matarelli

Maria Matarelli is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) with a background in Project Management Consulting and Agile Coaching and Training. Maria is also certified as a CSP, CSM, CSPO, 6 Sigma Green Belt, Certified Agile Marketing Trainer (CAMT), Certified Collaboration Instructor (CCI), PMP, PMI-ACP, and a Certified Professional Coach. Maria travels the world on one-way tickets consulting and training companies on reaching true agility. In addition to applications of Agile in IT, Maria and her team have been applying Agile to the Marketing realm with incredible results. After co-founding the Agile Marketing Academy, Maria and a team of experienced trainers are dedicated to bringing Agile outside the normal applications. Maria is one of the first Certified Agile Marketing Trainers (CAMT) and is the Founder and President of Formula Ink, an international consulting company.

Vernon Stinebaker

Vernon Stinebaker（史文林，美国人长居中国）is an active proponent of Agile principles and practices and proven leader with over 27 years experience in the Information Technology industry including more than 20 years executive experience leading award-winning software engineering, IT, and operations organizations in China.

Vernon is a recognized expert on the practical application of agile processes and engineering practices and is a frequent speaker at the process and Agile conferences in the Asia Pacific region.

Vernon is an active Scrum Alliance volunteer participating in many Scrum Alliance committees including the Trainer Approval committee, the Certified Team Coach review committee, the ScrumMaster Learning Objectives committee, the CSM Test review committee, etc.

 

Stuart Young

Using his extensive skills and vast experience, Stuart assists individuals, teams and organisations to accelerate decision-making by effectively communicating key messages in a way that can be easily absorbed, and better still remembered. Stuart has harnessed his creative skills to translate concepts and processes into engaging visuals during workshops, events, and conferences.

With international notoriety within the Agile Community, Stuart has provided his services at various Scrum Alliance Global Gatherings/ Retreats. In addition, he has illustrated at an endless list of popular Agile conferences such as the Agile Testing Days in Berlin, the Lean Agile Scotland Conference and the London Lean Kanban event. Stuart joined Radtac in 2015 where he continues to assist individuals, teams and organisations with an array of visualisation services.
